Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the screws from the lower air deflector.
4. Remove the lower air deflector from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the lower air deflector to the vehicle.
2. Install the screws to the lower air deflector.
^ Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
^ Tighten the negative battery cable bolt to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
