Alternate Frequency (AF)

This feature allows the receiver to automatically tune to an alternate station when the signal quality of the currently tuned station falls below an acceptable level. The user can enable/disable the AF mode by pressing ALT-AF. If preset RDS stations are still available, the receiver will attempt to tune in the station. If the receiver is unable to obtain the signal, the radio will perform a PI seek.
