Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure

- Tools Required
- J 37097-A Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.





3. Remove the outlet radiator hose clamp from the engine.
4. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the engine.





5. Remove the outlet radiator hose clamp from the radiator.
6. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.

Installation Procedure

- Tools Required
- J 37097-A Hose Clamp Remover/Installer





1. Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.
2. Install the outlet radiator hose clamp to the radiator.





3. Install the outlet radiator hose to the engine.
4. Install the outlet radiator hose clamp to the engine.
5. Fill the cooling system.
6. Start the engine and checks for leaks.
