SIR Steering Wheel Module Coil - Disassemble

DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE





1. Remove the upper and lower shrouds.
2. Remove the wire harness assembly (1) from the wire harness strap (2)
3. Remove all small wire harness straps.
4. Disconnect the SIR coil assembly connector from the turn signal switch assembly connector.





5. Remove the retaining ring (3) from the groove in the steering shaft assembly (2).
6. Remove the SIR coil assembly (4) from the steering shaft assembly (2).
