Service Bay Test

Service Bay Tests are included on the scan tool for some systems depending upon vehicle make and model. They may be used to test certain systems and reset the System Status to Complete. The [1][2]EVAP Service Bay Test is included for this vehicle.

Important: Ensure the vehicle meets the following requirements before performing the [1][2]EVAP Service Bay Test. Failure to meet the necessary requirements may cause inaccurate test results. This could lead to mis-diagnosis and unnecessary parts replacement.

The [1][2]EVAP Service Bay Test can be performed when the vehicle meets the following conditions:
^ The Powertrain OBD System Check has been performed ensuring no DTC's are set.
^ Battery voltage is between 8 and 16 volts.

^ IM Ready Flag not set.

Follow the instructions on the scan tool after ensuring the above conditions have been met.
