Throttle Body Air Inlet Screen Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the IAT sensor electrical connector (1) from the IAT sensor (2).

3. Remove the snap ring (3) from the throttle body (1).
4. Remove the throttle body air inlet screen (2) from the throttle body.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the air inlet screen (2) and the snap ring (3) into the throttle body (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the air intake duct.

Tighten
Tighten the air intake duct clamp to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector (1) to the IAT sensor (2).
