Front Bumper Impact Bar Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia.
2. Remove the front impact bar.




3. Remove the fastener retaining the rear of the front bumper impact bar bracket.
4. Remove the fasteners retaining the front of the front bumper impact bar bracket.
5. Remove the front bumper impact bar bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the front bumper impact bar bracket to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the fasteners in order to secure the front of the front bumper impact bar bracket.

Tighten the fasteners to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the fastener in order to secure the rear of the front bumper impact bar bracket.

Tighten the fastener to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

4. Install the front impact bar.
5. Install the front bumper fascia.
