Check Charge System

The IPC illuminates the CHECK CHARGE SYSTEM - 102 indicator in the DIC when the PCM or the DIM detects a malfunction in the charging system. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the PCM or the DIM requesting illumination. The IPC sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
