CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The body control module (BCM) GNDD ground circuit provides ground for all door lock actuators including the endgate actuators.

CONDITIONS FOR RUNNING THE DTC
The BCM GNDE ground circuit must be connected to ground.

CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC
The BCM detects the GNDD ground circuit is open for greater than 0.375 seconds.

ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS
The BCM stores DTC B1349 in memory.

CONDITIONS FOR CLEARING THE DTC
^ The BCM no longer detects the open circuit.
^ 100 consecutive ignition cycles have been recorded without the DTC being detected.

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
^ If the DTC B1349 is a history DTC, the fault may be intermittent. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and Poor Connections in Diagnostic Aids.
^ The following conditions may cause an intermittent malfunction to occur:
- An intermittent open in the GNDD circuit.
- An internal intermittent open in the BCM.
