HVAC CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the IP cluster trim plate bezel.
2. Remove the HVAC control module retaining screws.




3. Pull the HVAC control module straight out from the IP.
4. Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connector.
2. Install the HVAC control module into the IP opening.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




3. Install the HVAC control module retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster trim plate bezel.
