Interior Lighting Module: Service and Repair
MODULE REPLACEMENT - PANEL DIMMINGREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the lower IP trim panel.
2. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the heater A/C duct.
3. Move the heater A/C duct aside in order to gain access to the panel dimming control module bracket.
4. Remove the module bracket from the IP.
5. Remove the panel dimming module (1) from the bracket.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the module.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the module.
2. Install the module (1) to the bracket.
3. Install the bracket to instrument panel.
4. Reposition the heater A/C duct.
5. Install the fasteners (2) securing the heater A/C duct.
6. Install the lower IP trim panel.
