Window Channel Replacement - Rear Door Front

Removal Procedure

1. Close the window.
2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door Service and Repair.
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .




4. Loosen the 2 front window run channel bolts (2).
5. Lift the channel so that the fasteners will clear the keyhole slots in the door panel.




6. Remove the front window run channel through the opening in front of the window module.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the front window run channel (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Tighten the 2 front window run channel bolts (2).

Tighten the 2 front window run channel bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door Service and Repair
