Remote Start Does Not Work

REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
The remote vehicle start (RVS) will not operate under the following conditions:
- The hazard switch in the ON position.
- A hazard switch DTC is set.
- The vehicle hood is open.
- A hood ajar switch DTC is set.
- An automatic transmission shift lock control system DTC is set.
- The ignition key is in the ignition.
- A vehicle speed signal is detected by the engine control module (ECM) / powertrain control module (PCM).
- A vehicle DTC that illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL).
