Water Pump Installation





1. Install the water pump gasket.
2. Install the water pump.

3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the water pump bolts.
^ Tighten the small water pump bolts to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the large water pump bolts to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the water pump pulley.
5. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
^ Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 13 Nm (116 inch lbs.).
