Shift Control Linkage Adjust
1. Position steering column shift lever in neutral gate notch.
2. Place transmission lever (A), see image, in neutral detent.
3. Hold clamp (B) flush against equalizer shaft assembly (C), then finger-tighten adjusting screw (D) against rod (E).
4. Without exerting force on equalizer shaft, torque adjusting screw to
20 ft. lbs.
