SRTA Model Replacement Chart (4T60)

Important:
Service Replacement Transaxle Assemblies (SRTA) are built with "low altitude" calibrations and need to be updated with a service 3-2 control valve spring for use in areas designated as "high altitude". Refer to Figure 1 for a geographical listing of high altitude areas. If this service kit is not installed, a harsh 3-2 shift will occur at high altitudes.

The 3-2 control valve spring comes in a service kit which includes a 3-2 control valve spring, spacer plate gaskets, and instruction sheets.
