Forward & Direct Clutch

1. Remove direct and forward clutch assemblies.

2. Lift direct clutch assembly off forward clutch assembly. The direct-to-forward clutch thrust washer may be on the end of the direct clutch housing when it is removed from the forward clutch housing.

3. Remove intermediate band assembly.
