Stator Shaft & Flange Assembly

Stator shaft and flange assembly are pressed into pump body. Do not remove unless damaged.

1. Inspect stator shaft and flange assembly for damaged splines and damaged or missing orifice cup plug.

2. If stator shaft and flange assembly requires service, proceed as follows:

a. Remove screws using a No. 27 Torx drive bit, then press stator shaft form pump cover using a suitable press.

b. Align stator shaft with dowel pin, then press stator shaft until seated on pump cover.

c. Install screws and torque to specifications using a No. 27 Torx drive bit.
