^ If only one transmitter does not operate:
1. Substitute battery from good transmitter.
2. Make sure module is programmed for both transmitters.
3. Replace suspect transmitter and reprogram module using both transmitters.
^ If both transmitters do not operate all system functions, do the following checks before using the chart. (Make sure vehicle is in an open area free from other radio frequency sending devices.)
1. Faulty antenna or connection to keyless entry module.
2. An unprogrammed keyless entry module.
3. Try a good known transmitter programmed to the keyless entry module.
4. Grounded BLK/WHT (1455) wire between the vehicle access code (VAC) connector and terminal C11 of the keyless entry module. Do Test A: check 5.
5. An open in a power or ground circuit feeding the keyless entry module. Do Test A: checks 1, 2 and 7.
