EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair
EGR Solenoid Service:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 1.
Air cleaner.
2.
Electrical connector and vacuum hoses at
solenoid.
3.
Solenoid and nut.
INSTALL 1.
Solenoid and tighten nut to 4.5 Nm (40 lbs. in.)
2.
Vacuum hoses and electrical connector at
solenoid.
3.
Air cleaner.
