REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Rear Compartment Lid Ajar Switch Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Open the rear compartment lid.
2. Remove the screw at the base of the rear compartment lid.
3. Remove the rear compartment lid ajar switch.
4. Remove the electrical connector from the ajar switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Rear Compartment Lid Ajar Switch Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the electrical connector to the ajar switch.
2. Install the rear compartment lid ajar switch.
3. Install the screw at the base of the rear compartment lid.



Tighten
Tighten the rear compartment ajar switch screw until fully seated. Do NOT strip the rear compartment ajar switch screw.

4. Close the rear compartment lid.
