Compressor Control Switches Removal

TOOLS REQUIRED
^ J 5403 Snap Ring Pliers
^ J 9553-01 O-ring Remover




1. Remove the switch retaining ring using the J 5403.
2. Remove the switch (3 or 4) from the compressor.

NOTE: If the existing switch will be reinstalled in the compressor, a new O-ring seal must be used and preferably a new retainer should also be used. A new switch kit has the O-ring and retainer ring included.

3. Remove the old O-ring seal from the switch cavity using the J 9553-01.
