Tilt Lever

Removal Procedure





1. Use a plastic tool as needed in order to loosen the locking compound.
2. Carefully thread the steering wheel tilt lever out of the tilt mechanism.

Installation Procedure





1. Coat the steering wheel tilt lever with a medium strength locking compound, GM P/N 12345862 or equivalent.
2. Install the steering wheel tilt lever until fully seated and not stripped.
