11. Main Case Control Valve Assembly Removal

1. Remove the servo piston cover bolts (90).
2. Remove the servo piston cover (91) and gasket (92).





3. Remove the manual detent roller and spring assembly bolts (70).
4. Remove the manual detent roller and spring assembly (82).
5. Remove the control valve assembly bolts (70).
6. Remove the control valve assembly (84).

Important: Note the position of the manual valve link, (the long end into the manual valve, the short end into the detent lever.

7. Remove the manual valve link (58).





8. Remove the ball check valves (85) from the transmission case passage.
