Crankcase Ventilation System Inspection

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the engine sight shield.
2. Carefully, remove the crankcase ventilation valve from the rear camshaft cover.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the crankcase ventilation valve.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service and Precautions.

2. Install the engine sight shield.

Tighten
Tighten the engine sight shield nuts to 8 N.m (70 lb in).
