Scan Tool Data Definitions

Module Information - PROM: This displays the four digit number of the PROM incorporated into the Steering Column Module (SCM).
Module Information - Calibration ID: This displays the calibration or program revision level used in the PROM.
Module Information - Julian Date Of Build: This displays the day of the year the module was built.
Module Information - Year Module Built: This displays the four digit year of build.
Module Information - 8 Digit GM Part Number: This displays the part number for the module.
Module Information - Component Serial #8-11: This is the third partition of the serial number.
Module Information - Component Serial #12: This is the last partition of the serial number.
Telescope Sensor: The scan tool displays 0-5 volts. The scan tool displays feedback voltage of 0.12 - 4.8 volts depending upon where the telescope actuator is positioned.
Tilt Sensor: The scan tool displays 0-5 volts. The scan tool displays feedback voltage of 0.12 - 4.8 volts depending upon where the telescope actuator is positioned.
Telescope Tilt Switch: The scan tool displays Idle/In/Out/Up/Down. The scan tool displays Idle until the telescope tilt switch is moved to the desired position. Then it displays In/Out/Up/Down.
Motor Current: The scan tool displays 0-10 amps. The scan tool displays 0 amps. When motor movement is commanded, the scan tool display 3-7 amps.
Telescope Tilt Output: The scan tool displays Idle/in/Out/Up/Down. The scan tool displays Idle until the telescope tilt switch is moved to the desired position. Then it displays In/Out/Up/Down.
