Lumbar Replacement - Rear Seat

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the rear seatback from the vehicle. Refer toSeat Back Replacement - Rear (1st Design ) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (1st Design ))Seat Back Replacement - Rear (2nd Design) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (2nd Design)) .
2. Place the rear seatback on a clean flat surface with the seat back cover side down and the lumbar assembly (1) visible.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector to the rear lumbar assembly (1).
4. Remove the retainer clips (2, 3) that retain the rear lumbar assembly (1) to the rear seatback frame.




5. Remove the rear lumbar assembly (1) from the rear seat back frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear lumbar assembly (1) to the seatback frame.




2. Install the rear lumbar assembly retainer clips (2, 3) in order to secure the lumbar assembly (1) to the seat back frame.
3. Connect the rear lumbar electrical connector.
4. Install the rear seat back. Refer toSeat Back Replacement - Rear (1st Design ) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (1st Design ))Seat Back Replacement - Rear (2nd Design) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (2nd Design)) .
