Intake Manifold Flange Installation

Important: Ensure the intake manifold flange seals are installed and properly seated.







1. Install the intake manifold flange (2).
2. Apply thread adhesive GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489), to the intake manifold flange bolts.

Intake Manifold Flange Bolts Tightening Sequence:

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the intake manifold flange bolts.
Tighten the intake manifold flange bolts using tightening sequence to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
