Timing Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Remove the timing belt idler pulley bolt.







3. Remove the timing belt idler pulley (2).



Installation Procedure







1. Install the timing belt idler pulley (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the timing belt idler pulley bolt.
Tighten the timing belt idler pulley bolt until snug, the bolt will be tightened to specifications during the timing belt installation and adjustment procedure.

3. Install the timing belt.
