Thermostat Housing Installation





1. Place the thermostat housing and gaskets in position.

2. Notice: Install the thermostat housing bolts.

Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





3. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
4. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts.
Tighten the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
