Spring Bumper Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the jounce bumper mounting bolt.
3. Remove the jounce bumper. The 15 series utilities are snap fit.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the jounce bumper. The 15 series utilities are snap fit.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the jounce bumper bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
3. Remove the safety stands.
4. Lower the vehicle.
