Blower Motor Control Processor Replacement (RHD)

BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL PROCESSOR REPLACEMENT (RHD)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left sound insulator.




2. Remove the IP compartment.
3. Remove the DIM from the bracket.
4. Remove the 2 rear DIM bracket fasteners.
5. Reposition the DIM bracket in order to gain access to the blower control module.




6. Disconnect the blower control module electrical connector.




7. Remove the blower control module retaining screw.
8. Remove the blower control module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the blower control module.
2. Install the blower control module retaining screw.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screw to 1.4 N.m (12 lb ft).




3. Connect the blower control module electrical connector.
4. Install the DIM bracket and screws.
5. Install the DIM.




6. Install the IP compartment.
7. Install the left sound insulator.
