Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Disconnect the electrical connector (3) from the ambient air temperature sensor (1).
2. Remove the retainer (2) from the ambient air temperature sensor (1).
3. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor (1) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Place the ambient temperature sensor (1) in position.




2. Install the retainer (2) to the ambient temperature sensor (1).
3. Connect the electrical connector (3) to the ambient temperature sensor (1).
