REMOTE CONTROL DOOR LOCK RECEIVER PROGRAMMING AND SETUP (DOMESTIC, CANADA, AND JAPAN)

REMOTE CONTROL DOOR LOCK RECEIVER
If the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) is replaced, the following procedures must be performed in the order listed below:
1. Perform the Keyless Entry Transmitter Programming procedure-Refer to Transmitter Programming (Domestic) Transmitter Programming (Export - Including Canada) in Keyless Entry. Use Method 1 to perform the programming.
2. Perform the procedure to set up a new remote control door lock receiver:
1. Connect the Tech 2 to the vehicle
2. Select RCDLR under Module Setup in the Vehicle Control System menu.
3. Select Setup New RCDLR.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Perform the Theft Deterrent 10-Minute or 30-Minute Relearn Procedure for the Engine Control Module (ECM) -Refer to Programming Theft Deterrent System Components (Domestic, Canada, and Japan) Programming Theft Deterrent System Components (Export) in Theft Deterrent, selecting the Programming Theft Deterrent System Components that matches your vehicles country of origin.During the ECM programming, select Theft Deterrent Learn for ECM on the SPS terminal.
4. Perform the tire pressure sensor learn procedure, (if equipped)-Refer to Tire Pressure Sensor Learn in Tire Pressure Monitoring.

REPLACING KEYLESS ENTRY TRANSMITTERS
If a keyless entry transmitter is replaced, the following procedure must be performed:
Keyless Entry Transmitter Programming-Refer to Transmitter Programming (Domestic) Transmitter Programming (Export - Including Canada) in Keyless Entry.
