Crankcase Ventilation Hoses/Pipes Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the engine sight shield.
2. Remove the PCV-fresh air pipe (4) from the air cleaner outlet duct.
3. Remove the PCV-fresh air pipe (4) from the right valve rocker arm cover.
4. Remove the PCV-dirty air hose (5) from the valley cover.
5. Remove the PCV-dirty air hose (5) from the intake manifold.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the PCV-dirty air hose (5) to the intake manifold.
2. Install the PCV-dirty air hose (5) to the valley cover.
3. Install the PCV-fresh air pipe (4) to the right valve rocker arm cover.
4. Install the PCV-fresh air pipe (4) to the air cleaner outlet duct.
5. Install the engine sight shield.
