Supercharger Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Turn the ignition OFF.
2. Remove the engine sight shield.
3. Disconnect the supercharger inlet absolute pressure (SCIAP) sensor (1) electrical connector.




4. Remove the SCIAP sensor from the bracket.
5. Disconnect the vacuum line fitting (2) from the bottom of the SCIAP sensor.
6. Inspect the SCIAP sensor vacuum line and fittings (1, 2) for leaks.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the vacuum line fitting (2) to the port on the bottom of the SCIAP sensor.
2. Install the SCIAP sensor to the bracket.




3. Connect the SCIAP sensor (1) electrical connector.
4. Install the engine sight shield.
