Supercharger Inlet Duct Seal Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove front section of the supercharger inlet duct.
2. Loosen the screw clamps on the supercharger inlet duct seals.
3. Remove the supercharger inlet duct seals (2).




4. Remove the supercharger assembly.




5. Remove the rear section of the supercharger inlet duct assembly.
6. Loosen the screw clamp on the supercharger inlet duct seal.
7. Remove the supercharger inlet duct seal.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the supercharger inlet duct seal and clamp to the throttle body.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten the supercharger inlet duct seal screw clamp.

Tighten the supercharger inlet duct seal screw clamp to 2.5N.m (20 lb in).

2. Install the rear section of the supercharger inlet duct assembly to the supercharger.

Tighten the supercharger inlet duct seal screw clamp to 2.5N.m (20 lb in).




3. Install the supercharger assembly.




4. Install the supercharger inlet duct seals and clamps (2) to the front section of the supercharger inlet duct.
5. Tighten the screw clamps on the supercharger inlet duct seals.

Tighten the supercharger inlet duct seal screw clamps to 2.5N.m (20 lb in).

6. Install the front section of the supercharger inlet duct.
