Subject: Intermittent MIL/Check Engine Light On, DTC P0101 (Reprogram ECM)

2008 Cadillac STS
Equipped with LLT 3.6 V6 Engine (VIN Code V)
Condition
Some customers may comment on a check engine light.
Upon further investigation, a technician may find DTC P0101 (Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Performance ) stored in the ECM.
Correction
Review the diagnostic information contained in SI. A new ECM calibration has been developed and is now available to dealers. If no cause for the condition can be found, reprogram the ECM with the new service calibration using the TIS2WEB Service Programming System (SPS) application or the multiple diagnostic interface (MDI). As always, make sure your Tech 2(R)/MDI is updated with the latest software version.
