Air Distributor Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the screws retaining the air distribution duct to the underside of the I/P assembly.
3. Remove the air distribution duct.
4. Remove the DTM sensors from the air distribution duct.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the DTM sensors to the air distribution duct.




2. Install the air distribution duct into position on the I/P assembly.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the retaining screws to the underside of the I/P assembly.

Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

4. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement (Service and Repair) .
