Dimmer Switch: Service and Repair




Instrument Panel Lamp Dimmer Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Release the tabs securing the I/P dimmer switch to the trim.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors

Installation Procedure




1. Install the switch to the tabs securing the I/P dimmer switch to the trim.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.




3. Install the I/P cluster trim. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
