Exhaust Turbocharger Inlet Pipe Installation - Left Side




1. Install the NEW turbocharger exhaust pipe gasket (3).
2. Install the exhaust turbocharger inlet pipe bank 2 (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the 5 turbocharger exhaust pipe nuts (1) and tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).




4. Install the exhaust heat shield bank 2-4-6 (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

5. Install the 4 exhaust heat shield bolts (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
