Water Pump: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Drain
cooling system.
3.
Remove four nuts securing cooling fan and pulley assembly and remove. Remove fan belt.
4.
Remove crankshaft damper pulley.
5.
Remove front engine dust covers.
6.
Remove bypass hose.
7.
Remove five water pump attaching bolts and remove pump.
8.
Reverse procedure to install.
