Trouble Code Memory Loss
TO Check for a loss of trouble code memory disconnect the
TPS electrical
connector and idle the engine until the "Service Engine Soon" light illuminates.
A Code 22 should then be stored and kept in the memory for at least 10 seconds.
If this is not achieved the ECM is faulty.
