Transmission Position Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect switch wiring and connect test light between switch terminals.

2. Shift gear shift lever through all ranges.

3. Test light should go on only when shift lever is in either 3rd or 4th gear. If not, replace switch.
