ILLUSTRATION:

When servicing the exhaust systems on some 1982-1985 Chevettes with 1.6L engines, a clamp should be installed to the exhaust pipe and converter air tube as shown in the illustration. This will reduce vibration and subsequent possible damage to the air inlet tube of the catalytic converter. The following parts should be ordered:
