Disconnect battery ground cable and drain
cooling system.
2.
Disconnect
heater hoses at core and

Remove A/C hose bracket. Connect flex hose.
4.
Remove cover and remove core from air
distributor.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Check system for leaks. When installing core cover, replace sealant as necessary.
