Disc Brake System: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Raise and support vehicle.

2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.

3. Remove caliper and support.

4. Remove rotor retaining bolts.

5. Remove rotor from spindal.

6. Inspect all parts and replace when necessary.

7. reverse proceedure to re-install.

8. Depress brake pedal several times and check fluid level before driving vehicle.

9. Test drive vehicle and check brake function.
