Compressor Replacement

A/C Compressor Mounting:







REMOVE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge refrigerant.
2. Engine cover.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors from compressor and clutch.
4. Serpentine drive belt.
5. Remove compressor manifold retaining bolt and manifold from rear of compressor, then plug open lines and fittings.
6. Remove bolts securing compressor to mounting bracket, then the compressor.

INSTALL
1. Reverse procedure to install, using new O-rings when installing manifold.
