Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove drive belt and fan shroud.
4. Remove fan and clutch assembly, then the water pump pulley.
5. Remove all hoses at water pump.
6. Remove water pump attaching bolts and the water pump.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
