Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair

Before performing any procedure that requires disconnecting fuel lines, relieve fuel system pressure as described below.

1. Remove Fuel Pump fuse from fuse block.
2. Start engine and allow to run out of fuel, then crank engine an additional 3 seconds.
3. Service fuel system as necessary.
